If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Website and must refrain from purchasing any products. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To place orders through the Website, you may be required to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, institutional or organizational affiliation, valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading; (b) the Account has been used in violation of these Terms; (c) the Account has been involved in any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activity; or (d) continued access to the Account poses a risk to the Company, other users, or any third party.
We may require additional verification of your identity, institutional affiliation, or research credentials before approving your Account or processing certain orders. Failure to provide requested verification may result in Account suspension or order cancellation.
CRITICAL NOTICE — RESEARCH USE ONLY
All Products sold by Sanaris Molecular Research are designated as Research Use Only (RUO). Products are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified researchers in properly equipped laboratory settings. Products are NOT intended for and must NOT be used for any of the following purposes:
Products have not been evaluated, approved, or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory agency in any jurisdiction. No claims are made regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any Product for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use.
By purchasing any Product, you expressly represent, warrant, and agree that: (a) you will use the Product solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research; (b) you will not administer, dispense, sell, or distribute the Product for human or animal consumption; (c) you will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, handling, storage, use, and disposal of research chemicals and peptides; and (d) you understand and accept all risks associated with handling research-grade chemical compounds.
Sanaris Molecular Research assumes no liability for any misuse of Products in violation of their Research Use Only designation. Any use of Products outside the scope of legitimate laboratory research is strictly prohibited and undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.
All Orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Sanaris Molecular Research. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the Product is unavailable or discontinued; (b) there is an error in Product description, pricing, or availability; (c) we are unable to verify the Customer’s identity, institutional affiliation, or payment information; or (d) we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
Prices for Products are listed on the Website in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time the Order is placed, provided the Order is subsequently accepted by us. Prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, duties, or other applicable fees, which will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Payment must be made in full at the time of Order placement unless alternative payment arrangements (such as institutional purchase orders or net-term billing) have been pre-approved in writing by Sanaris Molecular Research. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Website. All payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
You agree that you will not dispute or initiate a chargeback for any legitimate transaction without first contacting us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in Account suspension and collection action for outstanding amounts.
Upon acceptance of your Order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Order details. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment; it confirms only that your Order has been received and is being processed.
Sanaris Molecular Research ships Products to addresses within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping availability, methods, estimated delivery times, and associated costs are presented during the checkout process and may vary based on the destination, Product type, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and regulatory requirements. Sanaris Molecular Research shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery.
Certain Products, particularly temperature-sensitive peptides and compounds, require cold-chain shipping with insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain product stability and integrity during transit. Additional shipping charges may apply for cold-chain or expedited shipments.
Risk of loss and title to Products transfer to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments upon receipt and to report any damage, discrepancies, or missing items to us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting [email protected]. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate and resolve claims.
For international shipments, the Customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and compliance with all applicable import regulations in the destination country. Sanaris Molecular Research is not responsible for any delays, seizures, or additional costs arising from customs processing.
Due to the specialized nature of our Products and the stringent quality and safety requirements applicable to research-grade chemicals and peptides, our return and refund policy is limited. Once a Product has been shipped and delivered, it generally cannot be returned for safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons.
We will consider refund or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our determination shall be final. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for: (a) Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless related to a quality discrepancy claim); (b) Products that were not stored in accordance with the storage conditions specified on the Product label or Certificate of Analysis; (c) Orders cancelled after the Product has been shipped; or (d) dissatisfaction with research outcomes or experimental results.
By purchasing Products from Sanaris Molecular Research, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements:
Sanaris Molecular Research reserves the right to request documentation verifying your qualifications, institutional affiliation, and intended use of Products at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Order cancellation, Account suspension, or termination.
All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, images, product descriptions, photographs, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code, and the overall design and arrangement of the Website (collectively, the “Content”), are the exclusive property of Sanaris Molecular Research or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Sanaris Molecular Research name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, slogans, and trade dress are trademarks or service marks of Sanaris Molecular Research. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website solely for legitimate purposes consistent with these Terms. The purchase of Products does not confer any intellectual property rights in the Products themselves, their chemical structures, formulations, or manufacturing processes, except for the right to use the Products for legitimate laboratory research as described in these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SANARIS MOLECULAR RESEARCH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, OR THE PURCHASE, USE, HANDLING, STORAGE, OR DISPOSAL OF ANY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SANARIS MOLECULAR RESEARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, DAMAGE, OR LOSS RESULTING FROM THE MISUSE, IMPROPER HANDLING, OR UNAUTHORIZED APPLICATION OF ANY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY USE THAT CONTRAVENES THE RESEARCH USE ONLY DESIGNATION. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE HANDLING, STORAGE, USE, AND DISPOSAL OF PRODUCTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the limitations and exclusions set forth above shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. While we strive to ensure that all Products conform to the specifications stated on their respective Certificates of Analysis, variations in research conditions, equipment, protocols, and environmental factors may affect experimental outcomes. It is the Customer’s responsibility to validate the suitability of any Product for their specific research application.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanaris Molecular Research, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any Products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sanaris Molecular Research reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
Sanaris Molecular Research reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion.
